The best part about carving pumpkins?

The fresh roasted pumpkin seeds!

very tasty, very easy:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees (Farenheit).

Rinse off pumpkin seeds & drain.

Toss pumpkin seeds with 1/2 tablespoon of olive oil & 1/2 teaspoon of sea salt (per pumpkin load of seeds).

Spread seeds on a cookie sheet.

Roast for about 10-15 minutes, until they *start* to turn brown.

Munch away!
