So my sister gets a bill from the hospital for $6000…for surgery done over three YEARS ago…

…because her insurance company did an “audit” and decided they overpaid. So the hospital’s billing her for it.

And even though Brett untangles/fixes this kind of thing for a living…even though myself and many of her FB friends are telling her, “don’t admit you owe it, don’t talk to these people, don’t make payment arrangements, get a lawyer or other help”…she won’t call Brett for advice, and all she’s been doing is calling the hospital and insurance company to weep over the bill.

Stupid, stupid IDIOT.
